Returns Policy

We hope you are very happy with your purchase from Clyde Uniforms but if you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason then please see our Returns Policy below:


Returns Policy

We will refund any items that are not suitable when you return your goods to Clyde Uniforms within 28 days of purchase.

Any items can only be returned in the condition in which they were received, unless damaged or defective.

No claims for shortages, non-delivery or damaged goods will be considered unless received within 28 days of delivery.


Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your garment for an alternative size and the goods are not altered in any way, still in the original packaging and otherwise fit to be returned to stock.

This will be processed and dispatched within 10 working days.


Cancellation Policy

Any off the shelf purchases can be cancelled prior to the distribution of the product.

Custom made items can only be cancelled prior to the commencement of manufacture and cannot be returned upon distribution, unless damaged or defective.


Postage Costs

Upon Returning unsuitable goods for a full refund you will bear the responsibility for all postage costs which have been included in your order and return.

We will however refund postage costs:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item
  • If you receive an incorrect item
